Many people go through life, allowing it to happen to them or pass them by. The Art of Noticing is a creative wellness workshop designed to help you do the opposite. Focusing on presence and awareness, we will immerse ourselves in the moment through mindful movement, music, art making, and more. You'll need writing and drawing utensils, paper, and your phone (for the camera and music). There will also be time to share, if you'd like.
