Do you feel exhausted thinking about the month of May? Getting through the last month of school, exams, prepping for summer, and all the other pressures can feel overwhelming, but we want to help you! It’s time to Flow & Let Go! Join Melanie (RYT 200) for an hour of yoga and journaling. She will lead us through breathing and mindfulness exercises, a vinyasa for all levels of experience with yoga, and writing prompts to help us approach the busiest month of the year with intention. Bring a mat or towel and journal, wear comfy clothes, and get ready to flow together and let go of stress!

This event takes place during open enrollment and is open to anyone!
