Splurge: an ostentatious effort, display, or expenditure : to indulge oneself extravagantly

Tell us about a recent splurge. Maybe it was a facial at a spa or another form of luxurious self-care. Maybe it was a long walk by yourself, away from meal planning and scrubbing toilets. Maybe it was something unexpected, something you didn’t even know you wanted or needed until it happened. Tell us how it feels to splurge on yourself, on those you love, or maybe even a complete stranger. Does it have to be money? Could it be love or hospitality? Could it be going all out and letting your light shine through your words or art?
